Founded in 2015 and located in Lishui District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, our company enjoys convenient transportation connections, being only 1 km from the highway entrance, 20 km from Lukou Airport, and 277 km from Shanghai. We primarily serve mid-to-high-end customers in both domestic and international markets, providing comprehensive solutions for various precision machining needs.
Our core business includes the assembly and processing of key magnetic components for high-precision direct-drive and semi-direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbines; magnetic assembly services for linear motor magnetic components and magnetic absorption parts; production of stator and rotor components for servo motors and direct-drive permanent magnet motors; precision mechanical processing, sheet metal stamping, and welding services; and the manufacturing of neodymium iron boron and ferrite magnets. Additionally, we offer magnetization and magnetic assembly services.
With a decade of manufacturing expertise in direct-drive wind turbine pole modules, we have delivered nearly 4,000 units to date. Collaborating with leading international enterprises such as Siemens, Goldwind, and Vestas on multiple product lines, we possess production experience spanning direct-drive pole moulds ranging from 1.5MW to 26MW.
The semi-direct drive wind turbine pole module boasts extensive mass production experience across multiple models ranging from 4MW to 26MW. We collaborate with leading domestic wind energy manufacturers including Shanghai Electric, Dongfang Electric, Harbin Electric Group, and CRRC. Our fully integrated production line enables magnetisation prior to shipment.
Possesses a complete production line encompassing components such as stamping of covers and silicon steel sheets, precision machining of base plates, and is equipped with research and development design capabilities.
Collaborates with Nanyang Wolong, VEM, and Dongfang Electric.
Equipped with CNC lathes, nine three-axis and four-axis machining centres, semi-automatic sawing machines, milling machines, double-head milling machines, surface grinders, semi-automatic sawing machines, vertical drilling machines, and hydraulic precision levelling machines, we possess diversified and batch production capabilities to fulfil diverse customer order requirements.
Magnetic component refers to a system that integrates permanent magnets with different parts to achieve a specific function through a specific combination of materials, positional assembly and dimensional design.
